Ingredients

Filling

cream cheese, room temperature

canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)

all-purpose flour

pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)

heavy whipping cream (or milk)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch pan. Mix flour, oats, sugar, cinnamon, and salt; add melted butter and press half into the pan.
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add pumpkin, flour, spices, and cream; beat until combined. Mix in eggs one at a time.
Pour filling over crust, sprinkle remaining streusel on top. Bake for 35-45 minutes until set. Cool before serving.
