(or a mix of orange, yellow, and brown)

unflavored powdered gelatin

Instructions
Melt the candy coating and white chocolate separately.
Mix gelatin with cold water and heat until dissolved, then add to pumpkin puree with spices and salt.
Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold into pumpkin mixture.
Color the melted candy coating with orange gel food coloring.
Pour pumpkin mousse into cups, then dip tops in colored candy coating. Chill before serving.
Notes
Ensure to chill the mousse cups for at least 2 hours before serving for best texture.
