Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a 9x13” pan with parchment.
Whisk dry ingredients in a bowl; mix wet ingredients in a large bowl.
Combine dry and wet, mix until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
Pour batter into pan immediately and bake 8-10 mins; cool completely.
