Instructions
Preheat oven to 375° and line a muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.
Whisk wet ingredients in another bowl until smooth.
Combine dry and wet ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
Divide batter into muffin tin and top with more chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
