Ingredients

Base

  • 1/3 cup plantain chips
  • 1/3 cup raw, shelled pistachios
  • 1/3 cup raw pepitas
  • 1/3 cup goji berries
  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs

Instructions 

  • Put plantain chips in a plastic baggie and press to break them up.
  • Add chips to a small bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon.
  • Store in an airtight container.
