Instructions
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C). Arrange popcorn and nuts on pans.
Melt butter, then stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, salt, and pumpkin spice. Bring to a boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in baking soda until bubbly, then pour over popcorn and nuts. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Repeat baking and stirring steps twice more, then cool on a non-stick surface and break into pieces.
Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Reheat briefly if it softens. Enjoy!
Notes
For extra crunch, stir the popcorn halfway through baking.
