A flavorful and crunchy homemade granola infused with warm pumpkin spice flavors, perfect for breakfast or snacking.
Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 160°C (325°F) and line a baking tray.
Mix oats, sugar, spices, and vanilla in a large bowl.
Add oil, maple syrup, and pumpkin purée; stir until coated.
Spread mixture evenly on the tray and bake for 35-45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
Cool completely before storing. Serve with milk, yogurt, or as a snack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to one week.
