Instructions
Whisk dry ingredients; set aside.
Beat butter until light; add sugar, molasses, eggs, and pumpkin, mixing well.
Combine dry and wet; form into logs, wrap, and freeze for 2+ hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F; cut logs into rounds, coat with Demerara sugar.
