Instructions
Massage kale with lemon juice and olive oil until bright green, then set aside.
Cook pasta while preparing the sauce.
Heat oil and butter, cook onion until tender, then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken and kale, heat through, then pour in cream and simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in cooked pasta, top with cheese, cover until melted, then season with pepper and parmesan.
