A quick and flavorful stir-fry combining tender chicken and crisp cabbage with savory sauces.

Instructions
Slice chicken, onion, and orange pepper; mince garlic; dice jalapeño; shred cabbage.
Melt butter in a skillet, cook chicken with salt and pepper until browned (5-7 min), then remove.
Sauté onion until soft (3 min), add garlic and jalapeño; cook 1 min.
Add cabbage and orange pepper; stir-fry 5-7 min until tender-crisp.
Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce; stir to coat vegetables.
Return chicken, cook 2-3 min until heated through.
