A refreshing and creamy smoothie combining frozen raspberries and coconut milk, perfect for a quick healthy treat.
Ingredients

frozen raspberries
(reserve two for decoration)

coconut milk

water
(or more if needed)

agave syrup
1 pinch
cardamom, freshly ground (optional)
Instructions
Blend frozen raspberries (reserve two for decoration) with coconut milk until smooth.
Add agave syrup and a pinch of ground cardamom, then stir.
Pour into glasses and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
Decorate with the reserved raspberries and serve.
Notes
For a sweeter smoothie, add more agave syrup to taste.
