A refreshing and creamy smoothie combining frozen raspberries and coconut milk, perfect for a quick healthy treat.

Ingredients

Fruits

  • 2 cups frozen raspberries (reserve two for decoration)
  • 0.75 cup coconut milk
  • 0.33 cup water (or more if needed)
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons agave syrup
  • 1 pinch cardamom, freshly ground (optional)

Instructions 

  • Blend frozen raspberries (reserve two for decoration) with coconut milk until smooth.
  • Add agave syrup and a pinch of ground cardamom, then stir.
  • Pour into glasses and chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Decorate with the reserved raspberries and serve.

Notes

For a sweeter smoothie, add more agave syrup to taste.
