Ingredients

Vegetables

  • 2 medium Cucumbers peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 2 count Avocados ripe
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt full-fat or low-fat
  • 1 cup Cold Water adjust for consistency
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Dill or fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  • Combine cucumbers, avocados, Greek yogurt, water, dill, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
