Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
Cut sweet potatoes into 1-inch wide wedges. Toss with oil and seasonings.
Arrange wedges on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 20 minutes, flip, then roast another 5-8 minutes until crispy.
Optional: broil for a few minutes for extra crispness. Serve with avocado sauce.
Notes
For extra crispiness, flip the wedges halfway through roasting and broil briefly at the end.
