  • 250 ml växtmjölk (mandel)
  • 1 piece fryst banan
  • 150 g fryst bärmix (jordgubbar, hallon, röda vinbär)
  • 2 msk kokosyoghurt
  • 1 skopa Rawnice Vanilla Caramel Protein Pulver

Instructions 

  • Lägg alla ingredienser i en snabbmixer och mixa tills slät.
