Ingredients

Meat

  • 4 pieces bone-in lamb chops
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
  • Zest of 1 lemon lemon zest

Instructions 

  • Combine olive oil, garlic, rosemary, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Rub onto lamb chops and marinate for at least an hour.
  • Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Cook lamb chops 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 6-7 minutes for medium.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
