Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉ and prepare a 9x13 pan with nonstick spray and parchment overhang.
Mix apples with filling ingredients and set aside.
Melt butter and stir in crust ingredients. Reserve 2 cups for topping.
Press remaining crust into pan, top with apple mixture, then sprinkle reserved crust on top. Bake for 38-45 minutes.
Cool bars for 1-2 hours, then drizzle with salted caramel before serving.
Notes
Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days. Caramel can be made ahead and stored in the fridge.
