Instructions
Heat butter and oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat.
Add onion and apple slices; saute 4-5 minutes until softened and browned.
Season chicken with 2 teaspoons rosemary, salt, and pepper.
Push onion and apples aside; cook chicken until browned, 6-8 minutes.
Add vinegar and remaining rosemary; cover and cook 3-5 minutes until chicken is done.
