Enjoy a delicious homemade twist on the classic cheesesteak with tender chicken, sautéed peppers and onions, and melted provolone cheese.

Instructions
Slice chicken against the grain and set aside.
Cook sliced onions and peppers in olive oil until softened, then add garlic for last minute.
Add chicken to skillet, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned, then combine with veggies.
Stir in Worcestershire sauce, then layer cheese over the mixture and melt covered for 1-2 minutes.
Toast hoagie rolls, then fill with cheesy chicken mixture and add optional toppings. Serve hot.
