Ingredients

Protein

  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons raw, unfiltered honey
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions 

  • Whisk honey, mustard, oil, garlic, vinegar, paprika, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
  • Pat chicken dry, season lightly with salt and pepper, and rest for 5 minutes.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high (375°F-400°F). Oil grates lightly.
  • Grill chicken for 5 minutes, then flip and brush with glaze. Cook for 4 minutes.
  • Flip again, brush with glaze, and cook 3-4 minutes, basting every minute. Check for 165°F internal temp.
  • Rest chicken for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.
