Instructions
Season chicken with spices, sauté in oil, stir in salsa.
Rinse beans, heat with salsa and spices.
Mix rice with butter and lime juice.
Layer chicken, beans, rice, cheeses in tortillas, roll up.
Place burritos seam-side down, top with salsa or sour cream, bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 minutes.
Notes
For extra flavor, add chopped cilantro before serving.
