A delicious and easy sheet pan meal featuring tender garlic butter chicken paired with roasted potatoes and vegetables.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat chicken dry and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Melt butter and stir in garlic, lemon juice, and Italian seasoning.
Roast potatoes for 15 minutes, then add chicken and toss vegetables with half the garlic butter. Roast for 20-25 minutes.
In the last 5 minutes, drizzle remaining garlic butter over everything. Optional: broil for 2-3 minutes for crispiness.
Serve hot and enjoy.

For extra flavor, sprinkle fresh herbs before serving.
