A flavorful and easy-to-make seafood dish featuring shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes all roasted together on a sheet pan.

baby Dutch yellow potatoes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly oil a baking sheet.
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 10-13 minutes; add corn in last 5 minutes, then drain.
Mix melted butter, garlic, and Old Bay seasoning in a small bowl.
Arrange potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage on the sheet; toss with butter mixture.
Bake for 12-15 minutes until shrimp are opaque and corn is tender. Serve with lemon wedges and parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with additional parsley or serve with hot sauce.
