A quick and delicious way to enjoy cabbage, sautéed with onions and garlic for a flavorful side dish.
Ingredients
Vegetables

green cabbage (cored & sliced into thin strips)

medium
onion (chopped)
2
tablespoons
butter
1
teaspoon
olive oil
2
cloves
garlic (minced)

teaspoon
smoked paprika
salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
Prep the cabbage and chop the onion.
Add butter and oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the onion for 3 minutes.
Add cabbage and stir often, cooking until soft (about 10-15 minutes).
Add paprika and garlic, cooking for a couple more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, then serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, allow some browning on the cabbage.
