Ingredients

Dry ingredients

  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 g flour
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder

Wet ingredients

  • 125 g salted butter (softened)
  • 2 eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons milk

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare cupcake liners.
  • Mix baking powder with flour and sift multiple times.
  • Beat butter until soft, then gradually add sugar and vanilla.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then fold in flour mixture and milk.
  • Pour batter into liners, filling 3/4 full, and bake for 15-20 minutes.
