A quick and delicious high-protein buffalo chicken dip perfect for a single serving. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Dairy

  • 1 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp hot sauce
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp ranch seasoning powder
  • 12.5 oz can of chicken breast in water (drained)

Cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 350F and grease 2 ramekins.
  • Blend cottage cheese, hot sauce, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
  • Drain chicken and mix with the blended mixture.
  • Divide mixture into ramekins and top with shredded cheese.
  • Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.

Notes

For extra spice, add more hot sauce to taste.
