A quick and delicious high-protein buffalo chicken dip perfect for a single serving. Easy to prepare and full of flavor.

low fat cottage cheese

hot sauce

milk

ranch seasoning powder

can of chicken breast in water (drained)
Cheese

shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F and grease 2 ramekins.
Blend cottage cheese, hot sauce, milk, and ranch seasoning until smooth.
Drain chicken and mix with the blended mixture.
Divide mixture into ramekins and top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 350F for 30 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
For extra spice, add more hot sauce to taste.
