Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet, cook chicken until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
Cook diced onion until tender, then add garlic, herbs, and flour; cook for 1 minute.
Pour in broth, add seasonings, bring to a boil, then simmer until gravy thickens, about 3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper, add chicken back to skillet, and cook for 5 minutes.
