Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 cup Dijon Mustard (grainy)
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 5 Tbsp Honey
  • 3 Tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Pepper
  • 0.5 cup Water

Instructions 

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown 4-5 minutes per side.
  • Whisk together mustard, dijon, honey, and melted butter in a small bowl.
  • Pour the honey mustard mixture over chicken, add water, then cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Uncover and cook a few minutes to thicken sauce. Serve hot.

Notes

Use a grainy Dijon mustard for added texture and flavor.
