A quick and healthy stir-fry packed with colorful vegetables and tender chicken, perfect for a nutritious weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced

Vegetables

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions sliced

Aromatics

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated

Sauce & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon canola or avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

For Serving

  • to taste Fresh cilantro or extra green onions

Instructions 

  • Whisk soy sauce, oyster sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water in a small bowl. Set aside.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3-4 minutes until browned; remove.
  • Sauté garlic and ginger 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp. Return chicken, add sauce, cook 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  • Stir in green onions, remove from heat, and serve garnished with sesame seeds and cilantro or green onions.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for best flavor. Adjust sauce quantities to taste.
