A hearty and flavorful stew featuring tender beef simmered in Guinness with vegetables and herbs, perfect for a comforting meal.

beef stock

Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C/300°F. Coat beef in flour and brown in batches with oil.
Sauté onions until translucent, add garlic, then return beef to the pot.
Add vegetables, Guinness, stock, tomato paste, porcini powder, and herbs. Simmer, then bake for 3 hours.
Add mushrooms and bake for another 30 minutes. Season with Worcestershire, salt, and pepper before serving.
Notes
This stew tastes even better the next day, allowing flavors to meld.
