A delicious and easy-to-make cinnamon apple bread cooked in a slow cooker, perfect for cozy occasions.

Instructions
Mix warm water, yeast, and honey; let sit until foamy.
Combine flour, 1 TBS sugar, salt, and mix with yeast mixture and olive oil.
Knead dough for 5 minutes, then let rest briefly.
Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon; toss apples in it.
Fold apples into dough, form into a ball, line slow cooker with parchment, and place dough inside.
Cover with paper towels, cook on high for 90 minutes, then broil for 2-3 minutes until golden.
Notes
Ensure the top doesn't become soggy by slightly ajaring the lid during cooking.
