Ingredients

Chicken Wings

  • 4 pounds chicken wings (fresh or frozen)
  • 1.5 cups hot sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup honey
  • nonstick cooking spray for greasing
  • red pepper flakes for garnish
  • parsley (freshly chopped) for garnish

Instructions 

  • Add the wings to a slow cooker.
  • Whisk together hot sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  • Reserve 1 cup of sauce for later and pour the rest over the chicken in the slow cooker.

Notes

Serve garnished with red pepper flakes and chopped parsley for extra flavor and presentation.
