A hearty and comforting dish, these Salisbury steak meatballs are perfect for family dinners.
Ingredients

frozen meatballs
((26 oz, about 30–35 meatballs))
2
cups
reduced-sodium beef broth
1
packet
brown gravy mix
1
packet
onion soup mix
2
tablespoons
ketchup
1
tablespoon
Worcestershire sauce
2
tablespoons
cornstarch
2
tablespoons
cold water
chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
Spray the slow cooker insert with nonstick spray.
Add frozen meatballs to the slow cooker.
Whisk beef broth, gravy mix, onion soup mix, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl.
Pour sauce over meatballs, stir gently, cover, and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours.
Mix cornstarch with cold water, stir into slow cooker, and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or egg noodles, garnished with parsley if desired.
