Instructions
Cook ground turkey in a skillet until browned, then add diced onion and cook for 2 minutes. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Remove from heat.
Transfer turkey and onion to slow cooker, season with chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, broth, beans, and corn. Stir, cover, and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
Serve with toppings like green onions, avocado, cheese, and sour cream or yogurt.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or lime juice before serving.
