Protein

Spices & Herbs

  • 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Liquids & Oils

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions 

  • Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture onto the chicken breasts evenly.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

  • Drizzle lemon juice over the chicken and garnish with parsley if desired.
