This tender and flavorful bread combines cottage cheese and fresh dill for a delightful homemade treat.
Ingredients
Dry ingredients

Wet ingredients

cottage cheese

honey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. In another bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and melted butter until smooth.
Stir chopped dill into wet mixture, then fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
Spread batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden. Cool before slicing.
