Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix all ingredients for the dough until well combined. Form into 8 balls and place on the sheet.
Bake for 4-6 minutes until edges are lightly brown. Let cool slightly.
Mix icing ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies.
Notes
Be careful not to overbake to keep cookies soft and chewy.
