Instructions
Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt. Add eggs and warm milk; combine.
Add softened butter gradually, mixing well. Knead until smooth, about 8-10 minutes.
Let dough rise in a warm spot for 1-2 hours until doubled. Punch down and divide into 12 pieces.
Shape each piece into a ball, place on a greased baking sheet, and let rise for 30-40 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush rolls with beaten egg and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden.
