Ingredients

Dough

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons honey
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons dry active yeast
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1 egg egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 1/4 cups flour

Instructions 

  • Mix warm milk, honey, and yeast; let activate for 5-10 minutes.
  • Add oil, egg, salt, and flour; mix until combined.
  • Knead dough on low speed for 5-7 minutes.
  • Let dough rise in a greased bowl until doubled, about 45-60 minutes.
  • Divide into 12 rolls, place in greased pan, and let rise for 45 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and bake rolls for 20 minutes. Brush with butter before serving.
