Ingredients

Instructions
Activate yeast: Mix warm water and sugar, sprinkle yeast, and let sit 5-10 mins until foamy.
Create dough: Combine flour and salt, add melted butter, warm milk, and yeast mixture; mix well.
Knead dough for 8-10 mins until smooth; let rise in an oiled bowl for 1-1.5 hours until doubled.
Punch down dough, divide into balls, place on greased sheet, and let rise 30 mins.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C); bake rolls for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
Notes
For softer rolls, brush with melted butter after baking.
