A comforting and flavorful casserole combining sweet potatoes, warm spices, and a sweet maple glaze topped with marshmallows and pecans.

Sweet Potatoes

organic sweet potatoes, peeled + cubed

(You can use whole milk or your fave plant-based milk)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Boil sweet potatoes until tender, then mash.
Mix mashed sweet potatoes with spices, milk, vanilla, butter, sugar, and maple syrup.
Spread mixture in a baking dish, top with raisins, marshmallows, and pecans.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until marshmallows are golden and topping is bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, toast pecans before adding to the casserole.
