Wet Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare muffin tin.
Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Beat eggs and mix in wet ingredients.
Fold wet into dry ingredients until just combined.
Spoon batter into muffin tin, filling 2/3 full.
Bake for 18-22 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
