Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and chickpeas; cook for a few minutes. Mix in spices, lemon juice, salt, and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes.
Mash the avocado with lemon juice and a pinch of salt. Add chilli flakes if desired.
Spread avocado on toasted bread, top with chickpeas, and garnish with coriander.
Notes
Feel free to add more chili flakes for extra heat!
