Ingredients

Chicken

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 0.25 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • to taste Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • for garnish Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions 

  • Whisk lime juice, olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Marinate chicken for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high. Remove chicken from marinade.
  • Grill chicken 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  • Rest chicken briefly, then slice. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
