Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F, line a baking sheet with parchment, and lightly grease.
Mix cornstarch, flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika in a bowl.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces, coat with dry mixture, then fry in hot oil until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
Simmer soy sauce, gochujang, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until sticky.
Toss fried chicken with sauce, garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve hot.
Notes
For extra crunch, double fry the chicken or bake for a few extra minutes.
