Instructions
Heat sesame oil in a pot, add garlic and cook until golden.
Add chili bean sauce, miso, sugar, and sesame seeds; cook briefly.
Add mushrooms and cook until softened, then pour in broth and sake; simmer.
Boil eggs for 7 minutes, peel, and set aside. Cook noodles separately.
Assemble bowls with noodles, eggs, corn, bean sprouts, pour broth, and top with green onions, scallions, and sesame seeds.
