4ozramen, chow mein, lo mein, or rice noodles(choose your favorite)
for sauteingolive oil or sesame oil
3-4clovesgarlic, smashed, peeled, and minced
½lemonlemon, juiced
¼cupsoy sauce
3TBSPsweet chili sauce
½tspminced ginger or ginger paste
¼tspcrushed red pepper flakes(optional for extra spice)
1tspcornstarch
1tspcold water
for drizzlingsriracha(for drizzling)
2-3TBSPfresh cilantro and/or green onions(for flavor boost)

to tastebaby bok choy, snow peas, snap peas, broccoli, bean sprouts, cabbage, red bell pepper(add as desired)

Instructions
Cook noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add shrimp and vegetables, cook until shrimp is pink and vegetables are tender.
Mix soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes; stir into the skillet.
In a small bowl, dissolve cornstarch in cold water, then add to the skillet to thicken sauce. Serve over noodles, garnished with cilantro or green onions, and drizzle with sriracha and chili crisp if desired.
