Ingredients

Chicken

Spinach

Cheese

  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese, softened (Adds a creamy, dreamy texture to the stuffing.)
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated (Provides cheesy goodness without being too indulgent.)

Garlic

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced (The aromatic base that enhances flavor.)

Olive Oil

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (For sautéing the spinach and adding richness.)

Seasonings

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Sauté chopped spinach with olive oil and minced garlic until wilted. Let cool slightly.
  • Mix sautéed spinach with cream cheese, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cut a pocket into each chicken breast and stuff with the spinach mixture. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
  • Place stuffed chicken breasts on a baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until cooked through.

Notes

For extra flavor, sprinkle additional Parmesan on top before baking.
