Instructions
Cook onions and peppers in 1 Tbsp. oil until tender, then transfer to a plate.
In same skillet, cook steak with lime juice, chili powder, and cumin until browned and cooked to desired doneness.
Assemble bowls with rice, steak, vegetables, avocado, beans, corn, cilantro, and sour cream.
