Instructions
Rinse rice and cook according to package instructions.
Season steak with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper, then sear in hot oil for 4-5 minutes per side. Rest and slice thinly.
Whisk soy sauce, brown sugar, and rice vinegar to make marinade. Stir-fry vegetables until tender, add steak and marinade, cook 2-3 minutes.
Divide rice into bowls, top with steak and vegetables, then garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
