Instructions
Cook rice and set aside.
Season chicken, cook until golden.
Steam or sauté broccoli until tender.
Mix sauce ingredients, simmer until thickened, then add to chicken.
Prepare spicy mayo by mixing mayo, sriracha, and water.
Assemble bowls with rice, chicken, broccoli, drizzle spicy mayo, and top with sesame seeds.
